Whether you’re currently a student looking for an internship or employed and looking to further your education, Mazzella Companies offers two separate programs to help grow your mind and career.

Summer Internship Program

Mazzella Companies offers an Internship Program that is growing professionals on every level! We work with local colleges to recruit interns, giving them an opportunity to take on roles and responsibilities related to their education as well as better grasp the corporate office experience.

  • Available to college students May-September at the Cleveland location*
  • Students will be trained on the job in their discipline
  • Training in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
  • Open communication with managers and consistent oversight
  • Social events and fun outings planned
  • Opportunities to turn your internship into a full-time job!

R.I.S.E. (Rigging, Innovations, Skills, Experience) Rotational Program

Mazzella Companies offers a rotational program allowing newly graduated student, or established but curious professionals, the opportunity to work in multiple departments to gain insight as to how different departments and roles in the Rigging Industry work together.

  • Three, six-month rotational experiences with the final third having three mini rotations
  • Treated as a full time position
  • Work as an Inside Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain professional while learning
  • Pair up with a Success Partner to help you acclimate to the office culture
  • Opportunity to work on efficiency projects

Technical Training and Education Assistance Program

Mazzella Companies will reimburse a portion of the cost of a wide variety of technical, skill, and educational training and courses. The course or training can be to develop technical or personal skills or may be toward the achievement of a high school, under-graduate, or graduate degree.

  • Available to Mazzella Companies’ team members who have celebrated a year of employment
  • Does not need to be related to your current role – if there’s a path here, we’ll help you!
  • Manager must review class program before team member can begin
  • Any reimbursement below $5,250 is not taxable income – any reimbursement over $5,250 is taxable income
  • Team members will need to stay employed by Mazzella Companies for two or more years after receiving their final reimbursement or face possible repayment if not due to reduction from death, long-term disability, or death
  • Reimbursement is performance based
    • Pass or A = 80% of the cost of the course
    • B = 70% of the cost of the course
    • C = 60% of the cost of the course
    • D or Fail = 0% of the cost of the course
